Roxana Guerra is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. As a Texas native, Roxana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2016, before relocating to San Diego in 2019. She then graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2024. During her nine years of critical care nursing, Roxana developed a deep passion for cardiology. She is incredibly excited to join the Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego team, where she looks forward to applying evidence-based practices to the care and treatment of patients with cardiovascular conditions. Roxana is dedicated to making a meaningful impact through the improvement of patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of care within the community. Outside of work, Roxana enjoys traveling the world, cooking, playing pickle-ball, and all things outdoors.
