Jakob Taylor, PA-C

Jakob is a certified Physician Assistant with a Master of Science degree from A.T. Still University, completed in 2024. Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Science from Arizona State University in 2020. He began his healthcare career as an EMT at Banner Baywood Emergency Department, where he worked closely with Banner’s Heart Hospital. During Physician Assistant school, Jakob completed his clinical rotations in rural settings, gaining valuable experience providing comprehensive care to underserved communities. Passionate about cardiovascular care, Jakob is excited to bring his skills and dedication to the Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego/Heart and Vascular Centers of America. In his free time, he enjoys creating art, hiking, and mountain biking.
